1. Scope of Application
1.1 These T&C apply to all orders placed through our website.
1.2 Our offerings are exclusively directed at B2B customers. A business customer is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.
2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Opportunities
2.1 The contract is concluded with Sam Groß, Ilankoppel 39, 22337 Hamburg, Germany.
2.2 By displaying our services on the website, we make a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract for these services.
2.3 The contract is concluded when you enter your data on the order page and accept our offer by clicking the “Zahlen” (Pay) button.
2.4 Before submitting your binding order, you have the opportunity to review all entered data and correct it if necessary.
3. Language of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
3.1 The language of the contract is German.
3.2 We do not store the contract text online. However, you will receive the order details and our T&C in text form via email.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Our services are provided digitally and are not delivered physically.
4.2 As a B2B customer, you will gain access to our services according to the agreed terms and service descriptions.
4.3 The average delivery time is four days, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment
5.1 The following payment methods are available:
- Prepayment: If you choose prepayment, we will send you our bank details in a separate email. The service will be provided after payment is received.
- Credit Card: During the order process, you will enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
- SEPA Direct Debit: By placing the order, you authorize us to process a SEPA direct debit. We will notify you of the date of the account charge at least one banking day in advance (pre-notification).
- PayPal: To pay via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after placing the order.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro Card, Invoice: These payment methods are also available.
6. Disclaimer for Liability for Videos
6.1 Please note that we do not accept liability for the videos created within the scope of our services.
6.2 The responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, particularly copyright laws, lies solely with the customer.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 The statutory warranty period is reduced to one year.
7.2 The provider is only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Dispute Resolution

9. Service Models and Scope of Services
9.1 We offer our services under three models: Essential, Premium, and Ultimate. The details of each model, including included features, deliverables, and limitations, are clearly outlined in the Pricing Table available on our website at www.globaleditagency.com/pricing.
9.2 By accepting these Terms and Conditions and placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the scope of services for the selected model as described in the Pricing Table.
9.3 The services will be provided in accordance with the selected model and the specific details outlined during the ordering process.
10. Shipment of Products for Filming
10.1 If you select the Premium or Ultimate model, you have the option to send your product to us for filming purposes.
10.2 The following conditions apply when sending your product:
- Shipping Costs: The client is responsible for covering all shipping costs incurred when sending the product to us, including any return shipping costs if applicable.
- Customs and Duties: If customs duties, import taxes, or other related charges are incurred during shipment, these must also be covered by the client.
- Product Costs: The client is responsible for providing the product at their own expense. No reimbursement for the cost of the product will be provided by us.
10.3 The client is responsible for ensuring the product arrives in good condition and in a timely manner. We are not liable for any damage or delays caused during shipping.
10.4 We will make reasonable efforts to return the product after filming, but we cannot guarantee its condition after use in production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
